Every athlete gets tested and retested each 6 week. This process allows for each athlete to track their own progress and development. We us a laser timer and a jump pad for testing.

This summer for the athletes that were coming on a consistent basis of 2-3 times a week, we saw a 100% improvement of each athletes times.


Each of the tests below are designed to focus on measuring specific aspects of athletic performance in order to show improvement.
