No mat­ter how much you prac­tice and how good your Sports skills become… it comes down to one unde­ni­able fact, Before you can become a Great Player you have to first become a Great Ath­lete.

 EDGE Sports Per­for­mance pro­gram­ming is taught by our National Cham­pi­onship Win­ning Per­for­mance Coaches and offers Louisville’s only Proven, Nation­ally Rec­og­nized Cur­ricu­lum for reduc­ing the risk of sports injury while devel­op­ing the Move­ment Mechan­ics ( Speed, Agility and Power) that cre­ate Great Ath­letes.

 Our Train­ing Sys­tems and Coach­ing are so pow­er­ful EDGE Trained Ath­letes have earned 61 National Cham­pi­onships, 13. Under Armour All Amer­i­can Team spots, 7 USA National Team posi­tions, Dozens of State Cham­pi­onships and over 600 Pro­fes­sional Sports Con­tracts and Col­le­giate Schol­ar­ships.

 Speed School ( ages 9–12) Teaches the basic Body Aware­ness, Body Con­trol and Move­ment Mechan­ics that sets the stage for Future Ath­letic Suc­cess (90 min­utes)

 NXT LVL Juniors ( ages 11–14) For our Young Ath­letes with a good foun­da­tion in Move­ment and Strength who are ready for a big­ger chal­lenge, NXT LVL Juniors pre­pares Ath­letes for High Level Club Play or entry into High School Ath­letic Careers. (90 min­utes )

 NXT LVL ( ages 13–18) Our Award Win­ning Nation­ally Rec­og­nized Sys­tem for devel­op­ing Advanced Ath­letes who com­pete at the high pos­si­ble level and are prepar­ing for Col­le­giate Careers. (90 min­utes)

 Col­lege Prep Strength Train­ing (60 min­utes) This class sets a foun­da­tion in the Skills of Strength Train­ing that lay the ground work for increased Ath­letic Per­for­mance and Injury Pre­ven­tion.
